Order Process

• Select Cup Type, Size and Quantities
• E-mail desired Design / Logo / Message to our Customer Service Department
  (Submit artwork in EPS Illustrator or PDF format)
• Proof will be generated and sent out for your approval or any corrections.
• Once Proof’s are approved by you and returned, production will be scheduled
• Product will ship as soon as production is completed

General Information

• 10 Case Minimum Per Size
• Second Side Printing Free of Charge
• We cover the largest space possible on cup
• We can print up to six colors on plastic and 4 colors on foam
• We can print pictures at no extra charge
• No charge to move from type to type / size to size
• We mark all cups with ounce size for easy identification
• Logo / Design services available – Priced separately (see Artwork Button)
• One time color set up charge of $150 per color. All re-orders will be at cup pricing only (unless there is any change in design)
• Freight – FOB Kansas City, Mo
• Lid’s may be ordered as needed
• Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery once Proof’s are approved and received
• Sales Tax applicable where required
• All notifications and will be made via e-mail or fax

Payment Information

• One time Set Up charge of $150 per color required prior to receiving all Proof’s
• Payment of 50% of total invoice to be paid prior to production
• Payment of 50% balance of invoiced is due prior to shipment
